Did you know that Lightwater Surgery is currently working jointly with Park House Surgery in Bagshot and Heatherside Surgery to provide doctor and nurse appointments in the evenings on a rota basis. Evening appointments are available Monday to Friday until 8pm and are available to patients of the 3 Surgeries. see their website
*Lightwater Surgery will be open until 8pm every Wednesday and Thursday. Park House Surgery in Bagshot will provide this service on Mondays and Heatherside Surgery will be open until 8pm on Tuesdays. Friday evening opening will be provided on a rota basis between the 3 surgeries.
If you are a patient of either of the 3 surgeries, you will have access to the new evening appointments 5 days a week.

To Avoid the bottleneck when making an appointment with a Doctor
You can now book on-line or use the telephone without waiting for reception (see link)
Go to the website to register under Online appointments and supply your details which creates an ID number for you.
Present that ID number to the reception along with a form of identification
And then you will be able to by-pass the need to phone for an appointment
Frimley Primary Car Trust
Frimley Primary Care Services provides your medical services during the period when your doctors’ surgery is closed.
The service is available for patients who are, or believe themselves to be, acutely ill or have serious concerns about their health which cannot wait until the surgery re opens.
How to use the service
Please phone our call centre on 111 .
If your home telephone number does not accept calls from withheld numbers we will have problems calling you back.
What happen when you contact us
The call handler will ask you for your telephone number, name and address, date of birth, which doctor you are registered with, and brief description of the symptoms you are calling about.
The duty doctor or nurse will phone you back to discuss your problem. You may be given advice on how to manage the problem yourself, or you may be asked to attend our Primary Care Centre at Frimley Park Hospital.
Alternatively, if there is a medical reason why you cannot attend our centre, the doctor may decide to visit you at home.
All calls are recorded for medico-legal reasons.
